5K a year 11 days ago 11 days ago 11 days ago Duties - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum - Supervise and engage children in play and learning activities - Assist with feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed - Monitor children for any signs of illness or distress and notify parents or guardians - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility Experience - Previous experience in babysitting, toddler care, infant care, or daycare settings - Knowledge of behavior management techniques for young children - Familiarity with first aid procedures for children - Understanding of childhood development and age-appropriate activities - Experience working with children with special education needs is a plus The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, be patient and caring, and have excellent communication skills.
They should also be able to work well in a team environment and have the ability to multitask.
Please note that this position may require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying children or objects up to a certain weight limit.
