is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for its headquarters in Chatsworth, GA.
As a member of Marquis Industries, inc.
Finance team, you will compile and maintain accounts payable records by performing the essential duties described below:
Three-way match and enter invoices Review invoices for proper approval and coding Work with receiving on price & quantity variances Answers vendor inquiries.
Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
Department backup Assists in monthly closings and annual inventory Assists in pulling invoices for check run and matching with check copy Assists with filing Assists with research and special projects as necessary.
Other duties as assigned.
Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, attention to detail, highly organized, able to prioritize, and be able to work in a team environment.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
