Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers - Ensure production targets are met and quality standards are maintained - Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary - Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production schedules and resolve issues - Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures - Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition - Maintain accurate production records and reports Skills:
- Knowledge in welding and paint machines and other relevant equipment is a plus - Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations and measurements - Ability to assemble and disassemble components accurately - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Leadership Skills:
Ability to lead/guide the production team and find solutions to issues that arise - Organizational skills are required - Bi-Lingual is a plus - Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts safely - Ability to perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications - Familiarity with lathe operations is an advantage Note:
