Our company thrives on hiring long term and career oriented individuals who help us be the best we can be in our industry! We are namely in need of an experienced administrative person that can handle assisting with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Weekly Pay Roll for the company.
This job would also entail helping to enter data for tracking of ongoing jobs.
This individual would work closely with the current staff to ensure that the inner workings of the business flow in a smooth and organized manner.
In addition, we would look for this individual to enter weekly times for our crews to facilitate in tracking production on each of our contracts and jobs, assist in orienting and processing new hires, answer and direct calls from customers, vendors, and potential new customers In general daily tasks would involve:
Answer and direct phone calls schedule meetings and appointments maintain and track contract lists job cost tracking and entering daily crew times develop and maintain filing system expense reports prepare and monitor invoices Write letters and emails on behalf of management assist in paperwork for new hires manage and facilitate payroll enter and process accounts payable We are looking to fill the role as soon as possible so serious applicants only would be much appreciated!
