Summary:
The Master Electrician is to understand the functions and operations of the following equipment, and how their operations apply to Beaulieu. Troubleshoot, repair, and predict equipment maintenance. Communicate any problems, issues, or perceived problems or issues to management.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Summary:
Troubleshoot electrical problems with coater and various plant equipment, and repair or replace defective parts
Install and program AC / DC Inverters, PLC's, and HMI's
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical components of equipment and building including AC and DC drives, AC & DC motors, flow meters, transformers, sensors, starters, etc.
Oversee all electrical projects, including PM's, work orders, and breakdowns
Operate Lift Truck, Scissor Lift, and Boom Lift Truck.
Familiar with but not limited to:
Understand and
Transformers
Wiring Diagrams
AC inverters
DC Inverters
Two speed Motors
Synchronous Motors
Other Motors
Motor Starters
Motor Control Centers
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCS)
Proficiency on computers
Ground Fault
All Manufacturing equipment, including utilities
Field instrumentation, including temperature, pressure, level and flow instruments.
Supervision Received:
Minimum
Authority and Accountabilities:
Oversee all electrical projects, including PM's, work orders, and breakdowns
ensure all safety and quality standards are upheld

Qualifications:
A. Training/Education/License/Certification/Registrations/Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of an associate's degree is required
B. Experience Minimum Requirements:
Five years experience in the field.
C. Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
