Claims Analyst
Automation Personnel is recruiting for a Claims Analyst for a carpet manufacturer in Chatsworth, GA to start immediately.

Duties
o Handle the processing of all commercial claims within specified area to resolve fairly and in a timely manner based on company policies
o Answer phones with courteous and pleasant demeanor
o Communicate effectively with manager in regards to handling claims problems and trends
o Work Claims Que within timelines, deadlines, following company policies
o Process freight claims, file and track
o Follow-up with inspectors, correctors, and cleaners
o Other duties assigned by management
Experience
o Experience in Carpet Claims or industry experience, ie installation, manufacturing etc. (Commercial Claims Experience Required)
o Experience and knowledge in Credit, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service
o Experience with Word, Excel, and 10 key calculator. AS/400 a plus.
o Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
o Keyboarding of 50 WMP
o Industry certifications a plus
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
